People, Expertise, and Review Routing
Why This Section Exists
The people section is not a social directory. It helps humans and agents route questions, reviews, and derived-product ownership.
Current Atlas Use
- Identify likely reviewers by topic and source projects.
- Preserve ownership of derived data products.
- Make contributor context visible when an Atlas page needs human review.
- Route unresolved tensions to people connected to the affected source projects.
- Highlight reusable products that lack a producer, consumer, or review route.
Review Routing Rules
Atlas review routes are derived from explicit repository context: page source projects, derived-product producer projects, and declared review routes. The Atlas should show why a route was suggested, not just who appears in the list.
What Needs Human Review
- Low-confidence pages that support reused claims or products.
- Derived products with downstream consumers.
- Unresolved tension pages that affect active topics or directions.
- Products with no declared owner or stale review date.
Boundary
The Atlas keeps this lightweight. It should not infer sensitive personal details or expertise beyond project authorship and explicit repository context.
Source Projects
No direct project sources.
